Leon Malmed

Leon Malmed holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Paris; he attended the Stanford Business School Senior Executive Program for Management of High Technology Companies. He has held Executive positions with High Technology Companies such as Quantum, Maxtor, Syquest and SanDisk. He is a Board Member of Adtron Corp., Socket Communications and on the board of advisors of FormFactor Inc. and Nanochip Inc.

Jeffrey L. Garon

Jeffrey L. Garon is the Founding Principal of Clear Vision Advisors (CVA) an advisory firm focused on enabling start-ups, turnarounds and emerging growth companies. Before CVA Mr. Garon was President and CEO of Etelos, Inc. (Otcbb:ETLO), where he raised significant capital and led a reverse merger resulting in an IPO. Prior he was Managing Director of Investment Banking responsible for all West Coast activities at Kaufman Bros., L.P. (KBRO). Before KBRO he served as Vice President and CFO of Tripath Technology, Inc.(NASD:TRPH); CFO, Vice President of Finance and Administration and Corporate Secretary of Silicon Storage Technology, Inc.(NASD:SSTI); as President of The Garon Financial Group, Inc., a Silicon Valley venture capital and venture consulting firm; as Vice President and CFO of Monster Cable Products, Inc. Previously, Mr. Garon held various senior financial positions with Visual Edge, Oracle, Ashton-Tate, Teledyne Microelectronics and the Garrett Corporation. Mr. Garon is a graduate of California State University, Northridge. In addition, he holds an MBA from Loyola Marymount University and has been an attendee of Stanford University's Directors College.
