Patrick Serex President & CEO
Patrick Serex is founder, president and CEO of eXaNetworks. In 1995, Mr. Serex
founded FotoWire (later: Silverwire) in Switzerland, a company that invented
"e-photofinishing" and provided automated printing infrastructure to independent
photo labs. In 1999 he moved to California to establish FotoWire in the USA.
Hewlett Packard acquired Silverwire in 2006. In 1983, Mr. Serex founded Image-In,
a pioneer in photo editing software, and served as CEO for 12 years. In 1994,
Hyundai acquired the company. Mr. Serex holds an Electronic Engineering degree
from the Geneva Engineer College and attended Business & Administration at the
University of Geneva in Switzerland.
Nico Lugt

Nico Lugt holds a Masters degree in Economics from the
University of Lausanne/HEC. He has held executive positions first
with Philip Morris in Switzerland, then with the Fotolabo Group
which he joined in 1997. At Fotolabo Group Mr. Lugt was in
charge of international marketing of the upcoming digital services.
In 1999 he co-founded Colorplaza Ltd, where he was active until 2007
as a managing partner. Colorplaza played a pioneering role in online
photofinishing in Europe with its two services: Colormailer and
Fastlab.
Michael Shaw Development
Michael Shaw manages Development for eXaNetworks. Mr. Shaw joined TrueDisk in 2000 and worked in development until 2003. He has over 12 years experience as an IT Manager for a global, project delivery firm, where he led the development of application and network systems for delivery to Fortune 500 high-technology companies. These systems involved the design and implementation of secure, networks for project collaboration and data exchange between large enterprise customers and their suppliers. Mr. Shaw holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Portland State University.
